We encourage you to join our growing core of volunteers if you have interests, passion, curiousity, and/or talents in the listed areas -- and also if yours are different from this list. Past years have taught us that we will always need many things we cannot anticipate, and that the diversity of people is incredibly necessary.

• Art hanging (prefer experience hanging shows in galleries or museums)
• Packing up works of art for shipping
• Unpacking works of art for hanging (and later shipment)
• Matching up human beings with registration lists and helping them get their badges
• General Hospitality
• Greeting people and helping them find where they are going during the event
• Helping people in on-site lodging acquire their room keys
• Helping people in on-site lodging turn their keys in at the end of the weekend
• Lifting and carrying unwieldy objects one piece at a time
• General setup and tear-down
• Saying "Test, test" into a microphone
• Taping objects to the floor
• Picking up out of town people from the airport
• Taking out of town people back to the airport
• Sound and lighting engineering and gear rental/borrowing
• Project management
• Marketing and promotions
• Public relations
• Budgeting and financial management
